++Sabrage Demonstration: $50 (includes one bottle of bubbles)
++Porron Passaround: $50 (includes demonstration and one bottle of still wine)
++ Caviar Bumps: $10pp (needs 48 hours notice)

-Sommelier-led guided wine tasting flight of 4 top shelf/limited production wines (3oz pours)
